Per il primo post del nuovo anno ho scelto una delle pochissime canzoni con un testo positivo; a dire il vero con tutto quello che sta succedendo in giro per il mondo ero dell'idea di usare tutt'altro, Of Walking Abortion per esempio, ma visto che sono della filosofia the best times are yet to come..

Forse quest'estate arriverà e ci schiarirà la mente / Per trovare l'impulso ad amare ancora la luce del sole..

Primo post lol

Benvenuti su Send Away The Tigers, il mio nuovo blog - e con questo sono a quota 3 lol - dedicato unicamente ai Manic Street Preachers. Per ki arriva qui dal link su BSBNews e nn conosce i Manics... questo blog nn sarà simile ai miei altri, nel senso ke nn posterò notizie varie, ma tutto quello ke mi capita sotto gli occhi navigando nel web e ke in qualche modo mi ispira. Se nn conoscete i Manics fate un salto su wikipedia lol

X quanto mi riguarda, ascolto i Manics da quando avevo 14, 15 anni - cioè secoli fa lol - da quando ho ascoltato x la prima volta Slash N' Burn. Gold Against The Soul è stato un album fondamentale x me, anke xkè all'epoca nn sono riuscita a procurarmi Generation Terrorists :,,,,( In Italia è alquanto difficile trovare i loro album, anke x questo li avevo xsi di vista da un po', This Is My Truth a suo tempo nn mi aveva preso molto, mentre ora lo sto rivalutando moltissimo, così nn seguendoli mi sono pure persa i lavori solisti di James e Nicky! Shame on me!
Anyway, Autumn Song mi ha riportato ai vekki tempi, mi ricorda moltissimo Motorcycle Emptyness, così Im back in the Manics mania lol E mi trovo a constatare ke, passati 15 anni da GT dei Manics da ste parti si parla ancora pochissimo e trovare i loro cd è ancora un'impresa! Anke x questo ho deciso di creare questo blog - oltre ke x nn continuare ad intasarmi il myspace di video dei Manics! Vorrei ke fossero + conosciuti, così magari con il prossimo tour passeranno anke in Italia, dato ke sono quasi 10 anni ke nn fanno concerti qui :( Così ho deciso di postare in italiano, o x lo meno posterò principalmente in italiano, xké a volte mi viene più facile usare l'inglese.. cmq, i prossimi post non saranno così logorroici lol questo è giusto la presentazione del blog
